COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK
Compliance starts with the solicitation - not with a marketing claim.
We screen source, material, packaging, origin, export and delivery requirements at the item and contract level. We do not represent Mission Bridge Global LLC as holding blanket certifications where none exist.
Trade Agreements Act (TAA)
When applicable, we coordinate country-of-origin information and designated-country eligibility with the manufacturer or distributor.
DFARS 252.225-7012 / textile restrictions
Uniforms, clothing, tents, fabrics and individual equipment can carry domestic-source restrictions. We screen the actual requirement before quoting.

For covered magnets, tantalum and tungsten requirements, we request supply-chain origin information when the clause applies.

When military packaging or marking is specified, we coordinate the stated packaging level and marking requirements with the supplier / packager rather than assuming commercial packaging is acceptable.
Export controls / end use
We do not claim a blanket export authorization. Item classification, licensing, end user and destination requirements are handled per transaction with the manufacturer and qualified logistics/compliance providers.
