Information we receive
When you submit an RFQ, we may receive your name, organization, business contact details, requirement summary and files you intentionally attach. The public form is not intended for classified information, controlled unclassified information requiring a controlled system, export-controlled technical data, or payment-card data.
How we use it
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to the business inquiry, source products or services, coordinate with relevant suppliers when appropriate, and maintain ordinary business records.
Attachments
Attachments are processed for transmission to our business mailbox and are not intended to be published on the website. Hosting and email providers may retain operational logs or message copies under their own policies.
